GTA 6 trailer leaks caused a feeling of disappointment from Rockstar developers

In the evening, a GTA 6 trailer leak occurred, which forced Rockstar to publish its official version more than 12 hours earlier than the planned time, according to which the premiere was supposed to take place tonight. How often happens when it comes to large leaks, people who planned to show the trailer in any particular way experienced a strong sense of disappointment,

Perhaps this feeling was best expressed by Lloyd Nott, leading the Rockstar VFX artist, who simply wrote on Twitter: "This *** sucks", But some of their colleagues expressed somewhat more polite.

Amy Hartley, the head of the animation department at Rockstar North, also expressed her discontent on the network, but reacted a little softer than her colleague: "A little earlier than expected, but here he is, friends! I am very proud of everyone who works on this game, it will be incredible!".

Senior game designer Phil Bevierida believes that "It would be great to do it at once with everyone". Senior game animator Javier Altman supported this idea: "I was hoping to see this for the first time tomorrow with my teammates and colleagues. I think we deserve this moment". Other developers also spoke about the leak, which suggests that there are many discontent in the studio, albeit with good intentions.

Several developers, including Altman and Notta, called on fans to enjoy the trailer, but they are not the first in the industry, who say that this is an annoying situation. When the information that the trailer was already on the way appeared last month, the head of the Halo community John Dzhunishek wrote on his Twitter, which sympathizes with Rockstar developers, whose hard work was disclosed ahead of time.

In the comments, users expressed gratitude and congratulated GTA 6 developers on the work done. Now it remains to wait for the onset of 2025 to enjoy the gameplay.
